Can I come and visit? / Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately you cannot come and visit us at the warehouse, but you are more than welcome to visit our store in Middlesbrough. The store address is JJ's Sweet Surprise, 13-17 Dunkerque Mall, Hillstreet Shopping Centre, Middlesbrough, TS1 1TA.

You can collect your order from our store in Middlesbrough, please note C&C orders will be available to pick up the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday and the weekend, wont be available to collect till after 12pm on Monday. Please wait for your 'Order Ready to Collect email' before heading to store.

Charity Donations

Whilst we know that helping charity is always a great cause, but with the amount of requests we get instore and online, we are unable to fulfil every request. This is why we have have our set up our own company charity events. 
JJ's Sweet Surprise (Online) and JJ's Sweet Surprise (Instore) we support a number of charities, we hold an annual charity day for McMillan Cancer Support. Do event days for local charities such as Zoe's Place, Middlesbrough Food Bank and other local communities programs. 

Whilst we know this isn't the news you would like to hear, we do appreciate the requests and wish you good luck in your fundraising event.

What if i want to buy bulk amount but the quantity isn't available on the website?

If you would like to buy bulk of any item, please email info@jjssweetsurprise.co.uk and we will try our hardest to help fulfil your request. Please note, all bulk orders are subject to a non-refundable deposit fee of 10%. 

How Long is shipping and what does it cost?

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Our larger items are flat rate fee of £2.95. We also have a speedy service should you need your items next day, this will come with APC overnight service and is £6.95, this is also a tracked service. 

Is your Pick 'n' Mix allergen free?

All Pick 'n' Mix are bagged to order, with the allergens on each product page in the Pick 'n' Mix Section. Due to the nature of the business, we cannot 100% Guarantee that everything is nut free, dairy free, gluten free. We do take extra steps to avoid cross contamination, Such as special scales for nut products. Where nuts, dairy and gluten products are on site, there maybe possible that its in the air. 

How do i cancel a subscription?

Easy! Should you wish to cancel there is no hoops to jump through, simply navigate to your account and in the "my subscriptions" tab you can cancel the subscription, easy peasy!
