1:ORDERS

JJ's Sweet Surprise. Submission of an Order represents an offer to purchase Goods from JJ's Sweet Surprise LTD, and we confirm receipt of this offer via email. Orders are only accepted by us once your payment has been processed. We will confirm acceptance of your Order via email. 

2:SHIPPING

Orders placed will be dispatched the next working day. If orders are placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

We use, Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, APC and FedEx

No orders will be collected by our shipping providers on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holiday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year Eve and New Year Day.

3:CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. If you decide to cancel your order and notify us before we have dispatched your items, we will refund your payment and cancel the order - if the order has been despatched then we are unable to accept cancellation of an order. Cancellations are at our sole discretion. ​If an item has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, return postage will be need to be paid by the returnee, we advise you send via tracked courier, we will only issue a refund once the item(s) have been received back and checked over and we are satisfied the items have not been used or tampered with.

4:RETURNS

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. If you are unhappy with an item you receive or if you change your mind please contact us at info@jjssweetsurprise.co.uk . If your request is upheld you will be asked to return it to us within 14 days, in unused condition, having taken reasonable care of it complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund the price paid for the product. The buyer must pay the returns shipping fee. Some products and services are excluded from this policy, including food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty or the wrong product was despatched. In the case of damages send us an email with an attached picture, where we will update you further. If these steps are not followed, we will not issue a refund or swap if one of these options is not actioned.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
